Notice of IDEX Biometrics Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2019
IDEX Biometrics (IDEX ASA), the leading provider of advanced fingerprint identification and authentication solutions, will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 9 May 2019 at 09.00 hours at the Vika Atrium Conference Centre in Oslo.
The notice with attendance form will be sent to the shareholders today and is also enclosed in pdf file. The Annual Report for 2018 has been published in a separate notice.
Following the Annual General Meeting, the CEO of IDEX, Stan Swearingen, will give a presentation of the company’s first quarter results of 2019. The presentation, which will start at 09.30 am or after the Annual General Meeting has adjourned, is open to the public and will be webcasted.
