Notice of IDEX annual general meeting 12 May 2017
IDEX ASA will hold its annual general meeting on Friday 12 May 2017 at 09.00 hours at the Vika Atrium Conference Centre in Oslo. The notice with attendance form will be sent to the shareholders today.
The annual report for 2016 has been published in a separate notice.
At 09.30 hours or after the annual general meeting has been adjourned, the CEO, Dr. Hemant Mardia, will give a presentation of IDEX’s interim report for the first quarter of 2017. The presentation is open to the general public and the press and will be webcasted.
