IDEX – Mandatory notice, warrants exercise

IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of board member Hanne Høvding who is a primary insider in the company.

Cama Invest AS (“Cama”), which is controlled by Ms. Høvding holds warrants originating from subscription to shares in the rights issue in the third quarter 2009. On 18 July 2011 Cama exercised 103,333 warrants in IDEX ASA at a price of NOK 0.30 per share in the warrants exercise period up to 12 August 2011.

Following this transaction, Ms. Høvding and close associates will hold 255,997 shares and 29,657 subscription rights in IDEX ASA.
