IDEX – Grant of subscription rights
The board of directors of IDEX ASA resolved on 2 November 2010 to grant 500,000 incentive subscription rights (“SRs”) in two lots of 250,000 SRs each to an employee under the company’s 2010 subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 11 May 2010.
The exercise price of 250,000 SRs is NOK 1.02 per share, and the exercise price of 250,000 SRs is NOK 1.50 per share. The vesting schedule is the same for both lots. 25 per cent of the SRs vest on each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 11 May 2015.
