IDEX – Disclosure of voting rights for Chairman Morten Opstad
By the close of business on 4 May 2017, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDEX ASA, Mr. Morten Opstad, has received powers of attorney to represent and vote for 64,067,294 shares at IDEX’s annual general meeting to be held on 12 May 2017. In addition, Mr. Opstad and his close associates hold or control 6,989,196 shares.
Following the receipt of the powers of attorney, Mr. Opstad has crossed the threshold of 10 per cent voting rights in IDEX ASA. He holds voting rights totalling 13.15 per cent of the share capital in IDEX as of the end of 4 May 2017.
Some of the powers of attorney may have voting instructions. The powers of attorney are only valid at the annual general meeting in 2017.
