IDEX – Capital increase registered

Reference is made to IDEX ASA’s notice that board members had elected to receive board remuneration in shares as resolved by the annual general meeting on 11 May 2010.

The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The company’s share capital amounts to NOK 31,574,503.50 divided into 210,496,690 registered shares at NOK 0.15.
