IDEX annual report for 2017
On 11 April 2018, the board of directors of IDEX ASA resolved the annual report and the annual financial statements for 2017. The financial statements are consistent with the preliminary financial statements for 2017 resolved on 21 February 2018. The board does not propose a dividend.
The board also resolved to call the annual general meeting to be held on 9 May 2018. The notice of the annual general meeting will be issued latest on 18 April 2018.
