Grant of incentive subscription rights in IDEX

The board of directors of IDEX ASA resolved 30 August 2012 to grant a total of 6,000,000 incentive subscription rights (“SRs”) to contractors under the company’s 2012 incentive subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 15 May 2012.

The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 1.00 per share for 3,000,000 shares and NOK 1.30 per share for 3,000,000 shares. 1/3 of SRs in each category vest at grant, 1/3 vest 9 months after the grant and 1/3 vest 18 month after the grant. The SRs expire on 30 August 2014.
