Disclosure of holding in IDEX – CORR
IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of its shareholder Charles Street International Limited (“CSIL”).
Reference is made to the announcement by IDEX today that the share capital in IDEX will increase to 233,031,364 shares by way of a private placement.
CSIL holds *55,202,739 shares in IDEX, representing *25.7 per cent of the current share capital. After registration of the announced increase in share capital of IDEX, in which CSIL does not participate, CSIL’s holding will represent *23.7 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of IDEX.
