Capital increase in IDEX registered

Reference is made to the notice from IDEX on 24 January 2013 about issuance of 275,000 shares at a price of NOK 0.94 per share to employees who have exercised incentive subscription rights. 

 

The share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the shares will be delivered soonest. 

 

Following this registration, the share capital of IDEX ASA amounts to NOK 46,463,164.50, representing 309,754,430 shares at NOK 0.15 par value per share.
