Warrants exercise period in IDEX

IDEX ASA issued Warrants attached to the new shares in the rights issue completed in September 2009. The Warrants, having ISIN number NO 001 053 2153, were exercisable in the period 12 August-30 September 2010, or may be exercised in the further and final exercise period 1 May-12 August 2011. The Warrants expire and are no longer exercisable after 12 August 2011.

IDEX will send a letter and exercise form to the registered holders of remaining Warrants in June 2011.
