Mandatory notice of warrants exercise in IDEX
IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of board member Jon Ola Frankplads who is a primary insider in the company.
Mr. Frankplads and companies which are held or controlled by him (“Close Associates”), hold warrants originating from subscription to shares in the rights issue in the third quarter 2009. On 21 July 2011 Mr. Frankplads exercised 1,333,332 warrants, and Close Associates exercised 430,084 warrants in IDEX ASA at a price of NOK 0.30 per share in the warrants exercise period up to 12 August 2011.
Following completion of this transaction, Mr. Frankplads and Close Associates combined will hold or control 3,712,552 shares and 0 (nil) warrants in IDEX.
