IDEX – Warrants exercise period

IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issued Warrants to the subscribers of new shares in the rights issue completed in September 2009. The Warrants, having ISIN number NO 001 053 2153, are exercisable in the period 12 August-30 September 2010, with a further and final exercise period between 1 May and 12 August 2011. The Warrants expire and are no longer exercisable after 12 August 2011.

 

A letter and exercise form pertaining to the upcoming exercise period between 12 August and 30 September 2010, have been sent to the registered Warrant holders.
