IDEX – Mandatory notice

IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of board member Jon Ola Frankplads who is a primary insider in the company.

Mr. Frankplads has by inheritance gained a controlling interest in a company that holds shares in IDEX, which makes that company a close relation to Mr. Frankplads.

Mr. Frankplads and close associates now hold or control 1,949,136 shares and 1,763,416 warrants in IDEX.
