IDEX – Mandatory notice, Warrants exercise
IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of board member Joan Frost Urstad who is a primary insider in the company.
Ms. Urstad holds Warrants originating from her subscription to shares in the rights issue in the third quarter 2009. On 8 July 2011 Ms. Urstad exercised 13,290 Warrants in IDEX ASA at a price of NOK 0.30 per share in the Warrants exercise period up to 12 August 2011.
Following this transaction, Ms. Urstad will hold 110,234 shares and 59,314 subscription rights in IDEX ASA.
