IDEX – Grant of subscription rights

The board of directors of IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) resolved on 10 May 2010 to grant 250,000 subscription rights (“SRs”) to an employee under the company’s 2009 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 8 May 2009 as amended on 12 August 2009.

The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 1.20 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 8 May 2014.
