IDEX exhibits unique fingerprint solutions for smart cards, mobile and IoT at Mobile World Congress
Oslo, Norway, 21 February 2017 – IDEX ASA (Oslo Børs: IDEX), a leading developer of advanced fingerprint solutions for mass markets, will display its fingerprint sensor solutions at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona on 27 February through 2 March 2017.
IDEX’s product demonstrations at MWC will feature various applications incorporating both the Company’s silicon-based and differentiated off-chip sensors. IDEX’s fingerprint solutions have been designed into a number of recently and soon to be launched commercial devices, including flagship smartphones, biometrics smart cards and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
In addition to device demonstrations, IDEX will highlight multiple new technologies and solutions at MWC. The Company will unveil its new series of glass and ceramic touch sensors for mobile applications. Also, IDEX will be showcasing samples of its newest generation ASIC, which delivers an impressive combination of enhanced performance and reduced power consumption enabling contactless biometric cards.
Lastly, the company will be exhibiting a number of new IoT products developed by our partners, leveraging IDEX’s differentiated off-chip sensor technology.
IDEX will be exhibiting at Stand 1G26 in Hall 1 and will host invitation-only meetings at Stand 2C11MR in Hall 2 with customers, industry partners and the financial community.
