IDEX – Disclosure of shareholding GPR Technology Fund Limited
IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of shareholder GPR Technology Fund Limited (“GPR”).
GPR has today disposed of 5,000,000 shares in IDEX.
Following the transaction, GPR holds 10,502,862 shares, corresponding to 4.9 per cent of the share capital and votes of IDEX after the registration of warrants exercise as announced by IDEX on 1 October 2010.
