IDEX – Disclosure of holding
IDEX ASA issues this notice on behalf of its shareholder Sundvall Holding AS.
Reference is made to the announcement by IDEX on 29 April 2015 that the share capital in IDEX will increase to 469,120,224 shares by way of a private placement to an institutional shareholder.
SH holds or controls 69,210,643 shares, representing 14.8 per cent of the expanded share capital after the placement.
