IDEX – Capital increase registered
Reference is made to prior notices regarding the exercise of warrants in IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) in the period 12 August-30 September 2010. Following receipt of payments, the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be delivered in the VPS as soon as practical.
IDEX’ registered share capital is now NOK 32,239,971.30 divided into 214,933,142 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.15. There remains 39,205,778 warrants outstanding. The warrants are exerciseable in the period 1 May-12 August 2011.
