IDEX – 2010 annual report and financial statements resolved

The board of directors of IDEX ASA resolved on 14 April 2011 the annual report and the annual financial statements for 2010. The financial statements are in accordance with the preliminary results for 2010 as resolved on 28 February 2011. The board does not propose a dividend.

The board resolved to call the annual general meeting to be held on 19 May 2011 for consideration and resolution of the usual matters and issue of warrants related to the private placement conducted on 8 April 2011. The notice of the annual general meeting will be issued on 28 April 2011.
