Grant of incentive subscription rights in IDEX
The board of directors of IDEX ASA has resolved to grant a total of 3,150,000 incentive subscription rights (“SRs”) to employees under the company’s 2011 incentive subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 19 May 2011.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 0.94 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest on each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 19 May 2016.
