Grant of incentive subscription rights in IDEX

The board of directors of IDEX ASA has resolved to grant 710,000 incentive subscription rights (“SRs”) to new employees and a contractor to the company.

The grant was made under the company’s 2013 incentive subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual general meeting on 16 May 2013. The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 5.24 per share. Vesting schedule: (1) 500,000 SRs: 25 per cent of the SRs vest at grant and additional 25 per cent vest at each anniversary of the grant. (2) 210,000 SRs: 25 per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary of the grant. All 710,000 SRs expire on 16 May 2018.

Following the grant there are 28,186,345 incentive subscription rights outstanding. The company’s share capital remains unchanged, at NOK 51,706,159.80, divided into 344,707,732  registered shares each with a nominal value of NOK 0.15,
