Kristian Flaten

Kristian Flaten is Chief Financial Officer since November 1, 2024. Prior to joining IDEX, he as served as CFO at Quantafuel ASA, and as VP Corporate Finance at BW Offshore. Additionally, he has experience from the financial sector with Export Finance Norway and Handelsbanken. He brings more than 25 years of experience from corporate finance, debt financing and business development in growth companies. Mr. Flaten holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), with majors in Finance and Strategy. He is located at the Company’s headquarter in Norway.
