Hanne Høvding

Hanne Høvding has served as a Director since December 2007. She is independent of the Company’s executive management, material business contacts, and larger shareholders. During her professional career, Ms. Høvding held several management positions within personnel administration, finance, credit card administration, and debt collection. She hold a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. In her professional career Ms Høvding has held several management positions within personnel administration, finance, credit card administration and debt collection. Ms. Høvding was born in 1954, is a Norwegian citizen, and resides in Oslo.
