Catharina Eklof

Catharina Eklof is our Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) as of 19 August 2024. Previously she served as Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”) for three years. Ms. Eklof has over 20 years of global executive leading business transformation across financial services, retail, travel and information security. Notably, she had roles of increasing responsibility over 12 years with Mastercard. She was instrumental in bringing digital payment solutions and new, data-driven business models to the organization.
Ms. Eklof has served as board member of Avanza Bank Holding AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: AZA). Ms. Eklof holds an M.B.A. in International Business and a M.S in Economics from the University of Uppsala, Sweden. Ms. Eklof is assigned to our office in Oslo, Norway, but resides in Belgium.

As of 31 December 2023, Ms. Eklof held 17,937 shares and 718,240 subscription rights to shares in IDEX.

Historical number of shares and subscription rights are restated to reflect the 5:1 share consolidation (reverse split) that became effective on record date 10 January 2024.
