Disclosure of voting rights in IDEX

IDEX ASA issues this notice on behalf of Morten Opstad who now holds voting rights to 26.2 per cent of the shares in the company.

Morten Opstad, chairman of IDEX ASA who shall also open the annual general meeting of the company on 15 May 2012, had by the close of business on 14 May 2012 received powers of attorney to represent and vote for a total of 71,171,563 shares, or 26.2 per cent of the share capital. Some of the power of attorney has voting instructions. The powers of attorney are only valid at this annual general meeting.

The foregoing number includes 6,330,928 shares, corresponding to 2.3 per cent of the share capital, which are held by Mr. Opstad and his close associates.
