Disclosure of holding in IDEX (A.S. Holding A/S)

IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of its shareholder A.S. Holding A/S (“Holding”).  

Reference is made to the announcement by IDEX 16 August 2011 that the share capital in IDEX will increase to 271,773,801 shares due to exercise of 2009-warrants, the latter meaning the warrants issued by IDEX in connection with a rights issue completed the third quarter 2009.

Holding holds 73,632,177 shares and 277,777 warrants in IDEX, representing 27.2 per cent of the new share capital in IDEX after the exercise of 2009-warrants.
