Disclosure of holding in IDEX

 

IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of its shareholder Charles Street International Limited (“CSIL”).

 

Reference is made to the announcement by IDEX on 9 November 2012 that the share capital in IDEX will increase to 309,479,430 shares by way of a private placement. 

 

With effect today CSIL holds or controls 56,503,797 shares, representing 18.26 per cent of the increased share capital.
