Disclosure of holding in IDEX

IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) issues this notice on behalf of its shareholder Charles Street International Limited (“CSIL”).

Reference is made to the announcement by IDEX on 29 January 2014 that the share capital in IDEX will increase to 404,707,732 shares by way of a private placement to an institutional investor.

CSIL holds or controls 56,503,797 shares, representing 13.96 per cent of the expanded share capital after the placement.
