Capital increase in IDEX registered
Reference is made to prior notices regarding the private placement in IDEX ASA (“IDEX”) completed on 8 April 2011. Following receipt of payments, the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be delivered in the VPS as soon as practical.
The registered share capital in IDEX is now NOK 34,954,704.60 divided into 233,031,364 shares at NOK 0.15.
