Capital increase in IDEX registered
Reference is made to the notice on 16August 2011 about exercise of warrants in IDEX ASA. The share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the shares will be delivered as soon as practical.
Following this issue, the share capital of IDEX amounts to NOK40,794,096.15, representing 271,960,641 shares at NOK 0.15 par value per share.
